**Hours required:** Casual contract (includes evenings, weekends and match days)

**Reporting to:** Alison Carthy, Head of Retail and Owen Robson, Ticket Office Manager

**Based at:** Kingston Park Stadium, Newcastle upon Tyne.

**Key responsibilities as part of this role include:**

– Outbound calls
– Retail sales
– Ticket sales
– Online orders / mail orders
– Stock handling
– Customer service; face-to-face, via email and via telephone
– Off-site sales
– Match day set up and service
