Kingston Park to host Military v Cancer fixture

Celebrating Armed Forces Day, Kingston Park will host a fixture between the UK Armed Forces RFC and the North of England select all in aid of the Military vs Cancer charity.

The charity brings all 3 military services, industry, and businesses together, to support people battling cancer to live their best life. Military vs Cancer inspires people to recognise their potential now and into the future and empower them to live every moment to the full. Military vs Cancer focuses on Military / Ministry of Defence personnel both past and present, they also support the public through donations to Maggie’s cancer care centres and other cancer organisations.

The best players from the Royal Navy, Army and RAF will feature for the Armed Forces side with The North of England squad being selected from the counties of Northumberland, Durham, Cumbria, Yorkshire, Lancashire and Cheshire.

Tickets for the showcase on Saturday, June 24 (3pm KO) are available to purchase now from £10 for adults and £5 for U16s and can be bought **[HERE][1]**.

Admission is FREE to all Service personnel and veterans and to register, all you need to do is complete the form **[HERE][2]**. Please be advised that this is only one free ticket per person.

On top of thrilling live rugby on the pitch, there will be plenty of entertainment of it. All three services will be supporting Newcastle Armed Forces Day with bands, simulators, exhibits and stalls throughout the stadium, making for a great day to spend with family and friends.
