Leicester Tigers match day information

As Kingston Park Stadium prepares for today’s Aviva Premiership Rugby fixture against Leicester Tigers, the club would like to share the following information to allow you to fully enjoy your match day experience.

**Kick Off Time** – Today’s game against the Tigers will kick off at 15:00.

**Kingstone Press League 1 Final** – Taking place after the match against Leicester Tigers. Supporters are invited to remain and support Newcastle Thunder against North Wales Crusaders. Entry to this fixture is included in match and season tickets, with supporters welcome to watch the match from the East or West Stands.

Please note, all seating for the rugby league match will be on an unreserved basis.

**Opening Times** – Stadium bars and turnstiles will open at 13:30 with the East Stand Tap & Tackle open to all guests from 11am. Doors for guests attending as part of Kingston Park Stadium’s award-winning match day hospitality packages will be open from 12:00 with food served from 13:00pm.

**Match Tickets** – Tickets for the game are still available to buy now online, in person from the Kingston Park Stadium Box Office or by calling the club’s Ticket Hotline on 0871 226 6060. Advanced prices remain valid until 12Noon with prices starting from £15 for adults and £5 for under 16s.

After 12 Noon a £3 match day premium applies to all tickets.

**Stadium Access** – Supporters must enter the stand for which they hold tickets to gain entry into the ground. Kingston Park Stadium’s ticket scanners will have restrictions in place that will only allow tickets for that stand to be scanned.

**Security** – Kingston Park Stadium will be operating enhanced security procedures around Saturday’s game, including bag searches. If you would usually bring a bag to the game please consider whether this is something you really need; if you do need to bring a bag please be aware that it will be subject to search from security staff and be sure to allow extra time for getting into the ground.

**Bars** – Supporters bar facilities are available in the East, South and West stands including the new 1877 Bar, which will open for the first time at today’s game. Situated on the first floor of the East Stand next door to the Tap & Tackle and open to all supporters with a valid match ticket, the official opening will take place at 1.30pm

Season ticket members will get a 10% discount on all drinks between 1.30pm and the 3pm kick-off upon production of their season card. This discount is on top of the club’s happy-hour promotions. Prior to the Falcons game the 1877 Bar will host a Q&A with director of rugby Dean Richards, while a selection of Falcons players will be available for photos and autographs.

**Happy Hour** – Special prices will apply across stadium bars from 1:30pm until 2:30pm and then again from 16:45 to 19:45

**Parking** – Stadium car parking for today’s match is limited in availability. Any fans not wishing to drive to the stadium are encouraged to use public transport to get to the game, with park and ride facilities available at Callerton Parkway, Northumberland Park, Bank Foot and Heworth. **Club Shop** – The Falcons Club Shop and Ticket Office will be open from 9am up until half time of the Newcastle Thunder v North Wales Crusaders fixture. Replica and Match Authentic home and away shirts are in stock for this weekend, with adult replicas priced at £49.99 and authentics priced at £69.99. Season Ticket holders get a 10% discount on showing their season card

**Pitch Access** – Due to the Kingstone Press League 1 Shield Final, Supporter access to the pitch will not be available until after the completion of the rugby league fixture.

Entry will be delayed until players have completed a lap of the stadium. Please make your way to the West Stand entry points if you wish to go onto the pitch, and follow all instructions from safety stewards.
