Macron donate sponsor box to Lulu Blundell auction
Following her diagnosis Lulu has worked tirelessly to raise money for the Teenage Cancer Trust who have been with her throughout every stage of her battle and who support young people during some of the toughest times of their lives.
To support her fundraising efforts, we dedicated our home game against Bristol to her giving our employees, players and supporters the opportunity to donate to the charity so close to Lulu’s heart.
Lulu has now raised over £70,000 for the Teenage Cancer Trust.
Speaking on Lulu’s fundraising efforts the Teenage Cancer Trust said: “Every single donation has been restricted to our patient services at Sheffield Weston Park where Lulu has been and continues to have support. This fundraising means that other young people who have been diagnosed or who are going through their own cancer journey, receive the treatment, environment, support and care they deserve. So, on behalf of all of us thank you to those who have donated.”
The money raised by Lulu will be used to continue to fund the specially designed units at Sheffield Weston Park Hospital along with specialist nursing and support staff.
As a club we continue to support Lulu’s fundraising efforts via our online auction site and through her JustGiving page with the latest auction donation courtesy of club sponsor, Macron.
Macron will be donating their box for ten people at the Newcastle Falcons vs Cardiff game in the European Challenge Cup on Saturday 17th December 2022. Kick off is at 5.30pm and the winning bidder will enjoy:
– 3 course meal pre-match
– Halftime cheeseboard and hot refreshments
– Post-match snacks
– Dedicated bar host
– Matchday programme (digital) and team sheets

Lulu is an amazing person and a true credit to the Falcons Family.
