Cardiff Blues are the opponents at Kingston Park Stadium this weekend, as Newcastle Falcons aim to make it two wins from two in the Anglo-Welsh Cup.
With a strong team announced for the last match before the return of Aviva Premiership Rugby, it is shaping up to be an exciting afternoon. Here is all of the important information you need to make the most of your match-day experience.
**Kick Off Time** – Saturday’s game against the Blues will kick off at 5:00 pm.
**Match Tickets** – Tickets for the game are still available to buy now online, in person from the Kingston Park Stadium Box Office or by calling the club’s Ticket Hotline on 0871 226 6060.
Supporters are advised to book in advance by making use of the online ticket portal to purchase tickets, and the TicketFast print-at-home service to avoid collection queues at the stadium box office.
**Curtain Raiser Game** – With this weekend’s match falling on Armistice Day, a host of activates are taking place to mark the date.
Kicking off at 13:30, the first is an exhibition match between Infantry North and Artillery North, for which entry is included in tickets for the Anglo-Welsh Cup match.
Supporters wishing to watch this fixture can sit or stand along the East side of the ground with entry via the Tap & Tackle.
**England v Argentina** – The first Autumn International of the year from Twickenham will be screened live in the Tap & Tackle and 1877 Bars, with ticket holders welcome to watch the match at the club ahead of the afternoon’s live action
**Opening Times** – Remaining Stadium bars and turnstiles will open at 3:30 pm with the East Stand Tap & Tackle open to all guests from 10 am.
The Stadium Box Office will be open for the purchase and collection of tickets from 09:00 while doors for guests attending as part of Kingston Park Stadium’s award-winning match-day hospitality packages will be open from 2:30 pm with food served from 3:00 pm.
**Armistice Day Commemorations** – Immediately prior to kick off, both sides will stand for a two minutes silence as a wreath party made up of representatives from Sporting Force, SSAFA, the Royal Artillery and the Royal British Legion are escorted by members of the 5th Battalion – The Royal Regiment of Fusiliers and Uniformed Services Tyne Met to the centre mark.
The silence will follow a rendition of The Last Post by Buglers from the Northumberland Church of England Academy Combined Cadet Force.
**Curry Corner** – Back in place in the 1877 Bar 30 minutes after full-time. Serving delicious, free helpings of curry and rice prepared by the award-winning Kingston Park Stadium chefs, Curry Corner is part of the club’s ongoing efforts to enhance the match-day experience and reward the loyal Falcons Family.
**Pre-Match Player Talk-in:** Starting at 4:30 pm, and again in the 1877 Bar, announcer Justin Lockwood will be joined by members of the Falcons squad for an exclusive pre-match Q&A. Make sure you’re there early to claim your spot to get the inside track on the game in prospect.
**Junior Falcons:** Fans in the crowd aged under 16 can sign up for the brand new Junior Falcons supporters club in the West Stand’s Wooden Spoon corner on Saturday afternoon. Tevita Cavubati will be on hand to help fans join up, answer questions and pose for photographs from 16:00.
**North Stand** – The North Terrace will be closed for Saturday’s game, with ticket holders for this area invited to stand on the East Terrace instead.
**Stadium Access** – Supporters must enter the stand for which they hold tickets to gain entry into the ground. Kingston Park Stadium’s ticket scanners will have restrictions in place which will only allow tickets for that stand to be scanned (with the exception of North Stand tickets this weekend)
Entry to the ground will be by way of turnstiles, allowing the club to effectively manage entry into the stadium and ensure match-days at Kingston Park remain a fun and safe day out.
**Security** – Kingston Park Stadium will be operating enhanced security procedures around the game, including bag searches. If you would usually bring a bag to the game please consider whether this is something you really need.
If you do need to bring a bag please be aware that it will be subject to search from security staff and be sure to allow extra time for getting into the ground. Bars – Supporters bar facilities are available in the South, East and West stand.
All bars within the stadium will be running a reduced price happy hour drinks promotion from 3.30pm – 4:30 pm.
**Food & Drink** – For those needing refreshments before or during the game, a range of food options will be served from the South and West stand kiosks and from units outside in the stadium bowl.
The club’s new beer bus will also be open and available to all supporters, and is located on the North East terrace next to the big screen.

**Foundation Flutter** – Offering supporters the chance to win the Falcons Man of the Match shirt or corporate hospitality at the next home fixture, tickets are available from sellers around the ground pre-match, priced at £1 per ticket.
**Parking** – Stadium car parking for Saturday’s match is available to purchase on arrival. Any fans not wishing to drive to the stadium are encouraged to use public transport to get to the game, with park and ride facilities available at Callerton Parkway, Northumberland Park, Bank Foot and Heworth.
**Club Shop** – The Falcons club shop and ticket office will be open from 9 am up until halftime and then for 45 minutes after the full-time whistle.
Supporters in the South and West stands will also be able to purchase items from the retail stations located within these stands, while the corporate hospitality suites will also have merchandise vendors present.
**Pitch Access** – Supporters will be welcome to take to the field after the completion of the game against Cardiff, however, entry will be delayed until players have completed a lap of the stadium. Please make your way to the West Stand entry points if you wish to go onto the pitch, and follow all instructions from safety stewards.
