**TICKETS**
• Tickets are available online by [clicking here][1]. We strongly recommend booking online so you print at home and avoid queues on the day.
• Turnstiles and stadium bars will open at 1.30pm.
• The ticket office is open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 12pm – 5pm, on Thursdays 12pm to 8pm and on Saturday from 10am – 4pm. We are closed on a Tuesday. On match days times may vary, but as a general rule the Club Shop and the ticketing office will be open for an hour post-match. Our ticket hotline number is 0871 226 6060. We are very busy in the run up to the match so alternatively you can email: tickets2@newcastle-falcons.co.uk for all ticketing queries.
• Ticket sales windows are available at the ticket office, while season ticket memberships can be purchased inside the ticket office.
• There will be staff on hand to point you in the right direction should you have any other queries.
**GETTING TO THE STADIUM**
• Please be aware there are multiple roadworks near Kingston Park Stadium, so allow extra time for your journey. The stadium post-code is NE13 8AF. If you are travelling by Metro, we are situated on the Airport branch, with our nearest stops being Kingston Park and Bank Foot (both a five-minute walk away).
**PARKING**
• Limited car parking is available at the stadium, but we strongly suggest booking in advance online (priced at £10) by clicking [here][2].
• We are now a cashless stadium, meaning any payments made on the day must be made using a credit or debit card, Apple or android pay or equivalent platforms.
**PROGRAMME**
• Match programmes are now digital-only. You can download the programme [here][3].
• During the match there will be QR codes around the stadium that can be scanned to access the programme through a handheld device.
**STADIUM INFORMATION**
• Kingston Park is now a CASHLESS Stadium. We accept cards, Apple Pay, Android Pay and equivalent platforms.
• You can enter the stadium via any entrance.
• Please note the North-East, South-East terraces and a section of East Stand seats are NOT OPEN due to governing-body restrictions. The Pulman bus bar will be stationed on the North East corner but guests are politely asked to purchase their drinks and then leave the area. The Tap and Tackle is open as usual for match-day ticket holders ONLY and is accessible through the stand. The East stand main entrance next to the ticket office will be closed.
• We have free Wi-Fi on site. While at the stadium simply select ‘visitor’ and follow the on-screen instructions to access.
• Account credit can be spent across ticketing, retail, selected bars – these will be clearly marked, hospitality or other events at Kingston Park including conferencing and banqueting and community camps. You can check your balance at any participating tills.
• All match attendees are required to maintain polite behavioural standards during their time at Kingston Park; any guests not adhering to this may be addressed by stewards or asked to leave the stadium.
• Kingston Park is a no smoking and electronic cigarette free stadium. Please utilise the designated areas outside of the stadium.
**COMMUNITY**
• We are delighted to be holding our u10s festival on the outer pitches at Kingston Park ahead of the game. If you are taking part in the festival you will have received details from your coach, however any further queries should be directed to gavin.beasley@newcastle-falcons.co.uk.
• Our popular Junior Falcons corner is in operation an hour before kick off every Saturday and Sunday game, where you can sign up to our Junior Falcons fan club as well as meet Flash the Falcon. For more information contact Jessica.eaton@newcatle-falcons.co.uk.
**ON ARRIVAL**
• Upon arrival at the stadium, staff will be on hand to direct you if required.
• Our security team will carry out bag searches as you enter the stadium. This is to ensure your safety on site.
**MATCH-DAY FOOD**
**South Stand**
Falcons Fries – serving regular, cheesy and pimped fries, nacho fries, chilli fries and a match-day special.
Holy Cow Curry Hut – Serving authentic Indian curry with a different meat and vegan curry each game, accompanied by rice and naan bread.
**West Stand**
Falcons Fries – Serving regular, cheesy and pimped fries. Nacho fries, chilli fries and a match-day special.
Chicken Shack – Serving chicken wings (BBQ or Wings of fire), chicken burgers or pulled chicken.
Coffee Shop – Hot drinks, homemade cookies and pretzels.
Sweet Shop.
All kiosks have a range of hot and cold drinks, confectionery and crisps.
**Outdoor vans.**
**Angel Fish** – Serving local fish and chips in a special beer batter.
**72 Angels & Burgers** – Serving gourmet burgers.
**Moroni Pizza Van** – Wood-fired pizza at its best.
**MATCH-DAY BARS**
Tap & Tackle – Our East Stand bar is open to all match-day attendees from 1.30pm and can be accessed from inside the stadium through the East stand. We will also be serving homemade sausage rolls and hot dogs. The 1877 Bar will remain closed due to stadium zoning.

There will be a DJ and karaoke on in the West Stand concourse bar after the game.
**RETAIL**
Our replica shirts are due to land in-store next week, we will be prioritising pre-orders ensuring dispatch as quickly as possible. Please keep an eye on our channels for updates on general day.
Our match day T-shirt, travel hoody and travel polo shirt are all available now alongside our 2021/22 season range of gilets, bomber jackets and coats.
