Match Day Information – Harlequins today

The Aviva Premiership is set to serve a Christmas cracker at Kingston Park Stadium on Saturday afternoon as Newcastle Falcons take on Harlequins, as the competition reaches the halfway stage.

With this year’s festive fixture set to welcome another bumper crowd to the ground, here is all the match-day information you need to know to make the most of your day.

**Kick Off Time** – Saturday’s game against Quins will kick off at 3:00pm.

**Match Tickets** – Tickets for the game are still available to [**buy now online**][1], in person from the Kingston Park Stadium Box Office or by calling the club’s Ticket Hotline on 0871 226 6060.

Supporters are advised to book in advance by making use of the online ticket portal to purchase tickets and the TicketFast print at home service to avoid collection queues at the stadium box office.

**Opening Times** – Stadium bars and turnstiles will open at 1:30pm with the East Stand Tap & Tackle open to all guests from 11am.

The Stadium Box Office will be open for the purchase and collection of tickets from 09:00 with supporters needing to pick up tickets **STRONGLY ADVISED** to collect as early as possible.

Doors for guests attending as part of Kingston Park Stadium’s award-winning match-day hospitality packages will be open from 12:00pm with food served in the Restaurant on arrival and in the remaining suites and boxes from 1:00pm.

**Curry Corner** – Back in place in the 1877 Bar 30 minutes after full-time. Serving delicious, free helpings of curry and rice prepared by the award-winning Kingston Park Stadium chefs, Curry Corner is part of the club’s ongoing efforts to enhance the match day experience and reward the loyal Falcons Family.

Saturday’s offering will be the ever-popular Beef Madras with a vegetarian option also being served

**Pre-Match Player Talk-in**- Starting at 2:30pm, and again in the 1877 Bar, announcer Justin Lockwood will be joined by members of the Falcons squad for an exclusive pre-match Q&A. Make sure you’re there early to claim your spot to get the inside track on the game in prospect.

**Stadium Access** – Supporters must enter the stand for which they hold tickets to gain entry into the ground. Kingston Park Stadium’s ticket scanners will have restrictions in place which will only allow tickets for that stand to be scanned.

With higher crowds anticipate in the new season entry to the ground will be by way of turnstiles, allowing the club to effectively manage entry into the stadium and ensure match-days at Kingston Park remain a fun and safe day out.

**PLEASE NOTE** – With a large crowd in attendance, stewards will be enforcing of under 16s only standing along the perimeter fence of the North and South Stands. Stewards will be actively directing all over-16s into the terracing, please obey all instructions from the team as these will be issued on the grounds of crowd safety.

**Security** – Kingston Park Stadium will be operating enhanced security procedures around Saturday’s game, including bag searches. If you would usually bring a bag to the game please consider whether this is something you really need.

If you do need to bring a bag please be aware that it will be subject to search from security staff and be sure to allow extra time for getting into the ground. Bars – Supporters bar facilities are available in the South, East and West stand.

**Happy Hour -** All bars within the stadium will be running a reduced price happy hour drinks promotion from 1:30pm – 2:30pm.

**Food & Drink** – For those needing refreshments before or during the game, a range of food options will be served from the South and West stand kiosks and from units outside in the stadium bowl.

With a revamped menu at the inside outlets, the outdoor vans have also been enhanced, with Angel Street Food now delivering these catering options.

**Programmes** – On sale in the East Stand club shop and from mobile selling points around the ground, the 72-page publication is available at £3 per copy

**Foundation Flutter** – Offering supporters the chance to win the Falcons Man of the Match shirt or corporate hospitality at the next home fixture, tickets are available from sellers around the ground pre-match, priced at £1 per ticket.

**Parking** – Stadium car parking for Saturday’s match sold out. Fans without pre-paid or season permits will not be able to park at the stadium for the Harlequins game

Those without passes are encouraged to use public transport to get to the game, with park and ride facilities available at Callerton Parkway, Northumberland Park, Bank Foot and Heworth.

**Club Shop** – The Falcons club shop and ticket office will be open from 9am up until halftime and then for 45 minutes after the full-time whistle. Stocked with a wide array of replica kit, leisurewear and accessories call in and get kitted out.

Season ticket holders can claim a 10% discount on purchases in store, giving fans the chance to grab a last minute Christmas bargain.

Supporters in the South and West stands will also be able to purchase items from the retail stations located within these stands, while the corporate hospitality suites will also have merchandise vendors present.

**Pitch Access** – Supporters will be welcome to take to the field after the completion of the game against Quins, however, entry will be delayed until players have completed a lap of the stadium. Please make your way to the West Stand entry points if you wish to go onto the pitch, and follow all instructions from safety stewards.

**Post Match** – The evening continues long after the full-time whistle sounds, with music across the stadium post-match.

In the West Stand, live entertainment will play after the final whistle with stadium regulars JustSO playing on the concourse.

Following the completion of their set, fans wishing to stay for longer will be welcome on the first floor level of the stand where the ever popular disco and DJ will be present.

Supporters can also hear the thoughts of the game’s Man of the Match in both the 1877 Bar and West Stand concourse.
