Newcastle Falcons came agonisingly close to recording their first win of the league season but were outmuscled by this week’s visitors Exeter Chiefs, who took home four points in a 20-14 victory at Kingston Park.

While only claiming a losing bonus point from the tie, the Falcons scored two fantastic team tries through Jamie Blamire and Matias Moroni with Louie Johnson converting both. Full match highlights can be found below:
