Our PRA coaching camps have returned for the May Half- Term Holiday with a fantastic one day camp at Kingston park:

**Tuesday 28th May 2013. One day coaching camp – 10am to 3pm**

This will be a one day coaching camp for ages 6-16 .The course includes coaching by CRB checked Falcons Community Foundation coaches, a limited edition Teenage Cancer Trust Replica match shirt, Falcons player visit, and free Falcons match ticket for the play off Final at Kingston park, Wednesday 29th May 2013.

Cost: £50 – a percentage of which will go directly to the Teenage Cancer Trust HOWEVER if you have attended the PRA camps before you can access the special price of £35.

The camps below offer coaching by our CRB checked Falcons Community coaches, as well as a PRA camp t-shirt, visits by a falcons player* and free ticket to one of the first games of season 13/14 for the Newcastle Falcons.**

**21st-26th July ,Age U11 – U16 – @ Kingston park £85**

This camp will focus on the contact aspect of the game, with lots of training on how to tackle and guidance on the best way to play the more physical aspects of the game!

**29th July- 2nd August-, Age U7-U10 – @Kingston Park – £85**

This camp will focus on skills and drills to improve fitness and technicality

**21st-23rd August , Age U6-U16 @ Wigton RFC in Cumbria.**

This camp will focus on all round basic rugby skills, suitable for beginners through to experienced players it will teach skills and drills as well as moderate fitness.

**27th & 28th August, Age U8-U16 Forwards. @ Kingston Park £40**

This camp will focus on Forwards training and specific skills aspects of the game.

**29th& 30th August, Age U6- U16 @ Kingston Park £40**

This camp will focus on Backs training and specific aspects of the game.
