Midweek prices for post-match drinks
From the final whistle until closing time, match-day prices will be replaced by the regular midweek rate in the 1877 Bar and Tap & Tackle as the club continues to listen and act on supporters’ feedback.
The post-match festivities also include free curry for all supporters in the 1877 Bar and the West Stand concourse, with the 8pm Aviva Premiership kick-off set to provide the biggest home crowd of the season so far. Post-match there is live music from the Sponge Divers in the West concourse bar, with DJ and karaoke in the East Stand bars.
The 1877 Bar, situated on the first floor of the East Stand, is the Falcons’ most recent addition. Named after the year the club was founded, it has Falcons and Gosforth memorabilia displayed on the walls, with drinks offerings including our very own Greene King club beer, Bonus Pint.
A cocktail station will also be in operation in the East Stand bar, with special Falcons-player-themed drinks on an evening which has been dubbed the ‘Big Night Oot’.
Pre-match, there is an extended happy hour in the East Stand bars as Northumbria University tackle Hartpury College in a 4.45pm kick-off. Happy hour prices will be in effect from 4.30pm until 7.30pm in the 1877 Bar and Tap & Tackle, while season ticket members can enjoy 10% off all drinks in the same two bars all the way up until the 8pm kick-off.
There will be a pre-match Q&A with a Falcons player in the 1877 Bar from around 7.30pm, while happy hour in the South Stand bar and West Stand concourse bar is from 6.30pm until 7.30pm.
The Crabbie’s camper van will be at the stadium with alcoholic ginger beer, while there is an additional mobile bar in the North-West corner of the stadium to cope with the extra demand.
