The Falcons Community Foundation can confirm men’s health initiative Move Like a Pro will return for a new 12 week course of the summer following a successful first running over the spring at Kingston Park.

A new joint venture between The Movember Foundation and Premiership Rugby, Move Like a Pro offers rugby fans the opportunity to take part in a free 12-week physical activity programme online, or at Kingston Park in sessions run by the clubs training staff.

It is designed to offer fans who aren’t particularly active, an avenue to help them live healthier, happier lives.

Over the course of the programme’s first running, 19 men have joined the weekly sessions at the Falcons home ground, taking part in a range of gentle physical activities and learning about food groups and portion sizing.

The second running of the course is set to begin in mid July with registrations now open at [www.MoveLikeAPro.co.uk][1]

Any supporters signing up by 5pm on June 30th will also be in with a chance of winning a pair of tickets to the Singha Premiership Rugby 7s series finals at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry on Sunday 7th August.
