Newcastle Falcons continue fundraising efforts for Alzheimer’s Society

Newcastle Falcons remain committed to supporting Alzheimer’s Society, with the shared goal of a future where dementia no longer devastates lives. Through the generosity of our supporters, we have already raised an incredible £4,650, bringing us close to the halfway mark of our £10,000 target.

This funding has already made a tangible impact, helping to support nearly 50 families in the region through a dedicated dementia advisor. Reaching our target will also fund 1,580 calls to Alzheimer’s Society’s support line, providing essential reassurance, guidance, and practical advice to individuals and families facing the challenges of a dementia diagnosis.

Coming to terms with dementia can be overwhelming, but Alzheimer’s Society Dementia Advisers are there to help. Their expert support ensures people receive the information and assistance they need, while also providing a compassionate listening ear during difficult times.

With over 2,800 people living with dementia and more than 4,600 carers in our region, this cause is close to home for many of us—our friends, our families and our community.

We are determined to reach our £10,000 goal to ensure even more people receive the help they need. Every donation, every shared message and every show of support brings us closer to making a lasting difference.
