Important information for those wishing to buy or collect tickets for tomorrow's match against Tonga.
Ahead of tomorrow’s match against Tonga, Newcastle Falcons would like to make supporters aware of ticketing arrangements for those supporters needing to collect or purchase tickets ahead of the game.
The Falcons Ticket Office ceased dispatching tickets for the game at 4pm on 9 November. All orders placed since then that supporters have not used our TicketFast service for delivery, have been retained for collection at the stadium box office.
Between 10am and 6pm on match day, these tickets will be in the main ticket office in the club shop in the East Stand. From 6pm – kick off, supporters should make their way to the two ticket collection windows around the corner from the club shop that face out towards the Eastern Gate of the stadium.
As we are anticipating a large walk up of supporters looking to purchase tickets on the evening. The best way to ensure you enjoy your evening to the fullest is to purchase your tickets online by clicking here and using our e-tickets service to print your tickets before coming to the stadium.
For those supporters unable to make use of this service, please be aware of the following special arrangements.
Tickets for all stands will be available to purchase using cash or card from the three ticket sales windows that face into the main East Stand Car Park. Any season ticket holders who have yet to purchase their tickets must use these windows to access their discounted prices for the tickets.
In addition to these points, there will also be a faster service queue for supporters who wish to purchase North, East or South stand terracing tickets.
This queue will enter the ticket office next to the ticket collection point and will only be able to process tickets for the standing terraces at their regular prices. PLEASE NOTE – Ticket purchased via this queue can only be paid for with CASH, this queue will have NO facility to process card payments.
