Aimed at girls and boys aged 2-4, Little Falcons is a fun introduction to rugby which will develop fundamental skills including agility, balance, co-ordination and teamwork.
Sessions are available on Friday mornings from 10-11am and Saturday mornings 9.30-10:30am at the Great Park Community Centre’s outdoor 3G pitch. Parents are urged to book in advance for this popular class, with a maximum of 14 children per session.
The Saturday sessions are almost sold-out, while a number of places remain for the Friday programme.
Little Falcons sessions are delivered by Falcons Community Foundations coaches who all hold an enhanced DBS check, RFU level 2, first aid qualifications and safeguarding awards.
All Government and RFU guidelines will be followed with regards to Covid-19, with regular breaks for cleaning down equipment, washing hands and related safety precautions.
Falcons rewards, a free Little Falcons T-shirt and a certificate will be given out to the children at the end of the seven-week block.
There are seven sessions running through September and October, priced at £50 for the block.
Friday sessions will run every consecutive Friday from September 11 until October 23, while Saturday sessions run from from September 12 until October 24.
