After impressive recent outings for the Los Pumas in their 2-1 test series victory over Scotland, the Newcastle Falcons duo have retained their status within Michael Cheika’s match-day squad to face the Wallabies in Mendoza. Orlando will start at outside centre with Moroni making up the bench.

Orlando started all three games against Scotland whereas new signing Moroni featured from the bench in the opening two tests before starting alongside his new Falcons team-mate for the decider – ending in dramatic fashion with a last-gasp try to secure the series victory.

Orlando reached an international milestone last time out for Argentina, earning a well-deserved 50th cap for his country.

Saturday’s game is the first of two ties against the Wallabies in the Rugby Championship, with the second test taking place next week on Saturday August 13 in San Juan.
