**Match tickets:** Supporters are urged to buy in advance and save on full match-day prices while avoiding any purchasing queues on match day.

Tickets can be bought now online by **[clicking here][1]**, in person from the Kingston Park Stadium box office or by calling the club’s ticket hotline on 0871 226 6060.

**Getting here**: Stadium car parking for Friday’s match will be available on the day priced at £10 per vehicle and on a first-come-first-served basis.

To improve access to the stadium on match-days there is now a two-lane entry system as cars enter via the West Stand gate, with the left-hand lane to be used for seasonal car park pass holders and the right-hand lane to be used by holders of match-by-match passes.

Kingston Park Stadium is well served by local public transport services, with Stagecoach’s X47 service from Newcastle city centre stopping opposite the ground on Windsor Way and Tyne & Wear Metro services on the airport line calling at Kingston Park and Bank Foot (approx 7mins walk away).

**Stadium access:** Supporters must enter the stadium via the stand for which they hold tickets to gain entry. Kingston Park Stadium’s ticket scanners will have restrictions in place which will only allow tickets for that stand to be scanned.

Kingston Park Stadium will be operating enhanced security procedures around Friday’s game, including bag searches. If you would usually bring a bag to the game please consider whether this is something you really need.

If you do need to bring a bag please be aware that it will be subject to search from security staff and be sure to allow extra time for getting into the ground.

**Bars** – Supporters bar facilities are available in the South, East and West stand.

**The CAST** – Our enthusiastic group of volunteers return for season 2019/20 and will once again be on hand to point you in the right direction and improve your match-day experience.

The volunteers aim to bring knowledge, passion for service and most importantly fun to every home match and to help our spectators have a stand-out experience whenever they visit Kingston Park Stadium. They can easily be spotted in their bright blue uniforms and are ready to assist with any enquiries you might have on Friday.

**Food & Drink** – Supporters can enjoy a wide range of food and drink options at the ground on Friday, with stadium bars, kiosks and Angel Street Food outlets all open.

Post-match, Full Time Feed takes over from Curry Corner, with the bill of fare expanding beyond the curries that have been so well received in recent seasons. Remaining in situ in the 1877 Bar and serving approximately 30 minutes after the full-time whistle, pop by and see what is on offer to tantalise your taste buds this week.

**Season ticket vouchers** – As thanks for their loyal support, season ticket members who opted to receive their credit for the 2019/20 season by way of a voucher can use their credit at this Friday’s game. Supporters should refer to the letter enclosed within their season ticket packs for full details on where and how it can be used, while in the bars, serving points will be clearly signposted for supporters.

**Pre-match talk in and player meet & greet** – Fans have two opportunities to get the thoughts of members of the Falcons playing squad ahead of kick-off on Friday in both the East and West Stands.

In the 1877 Justin Lockwood will be joined by members of the non-playing squad for a pre-match Q&A from 19:15 while over in the West Stand concourse, additional players will be present in the Wooden Spoon Corner helping to sign up new members to the Junior Falcons fan club, sign autographs and chat to fans from 19:00.

**Merchandise** – A new season means new merchandise to stock up on, and with 2019/20 marking the start of our exciting new partnership with Macron there are a host of must-have items in store already, including replica home and away strips.

Merchandise will be available to purchase from the main club shop in the East Stand, while supporters in the South and West stands will also be able to purchase items from the retail stations located within these stands’ concourses.

Supporters can also make use of our click and collect service, ordering in advance online and having your items ready for collection ahead of the game.

**Foundation Flutter** – Offering supporters the chance to win the Falcons Man of the Match shirt or corporate hospitality at the next home fixture, tickets are available from sellers around the ground from 19:00, priced at £1 per ticket. The draw will be made at half time.

**Pitch access** – Supporters will be welcome to take to the field after the completion of the game against Hartpury, however, entry will be delayed until the pitch is cleared of players and coaches. Please make your way to the West Stand entry points if you wish to go onto the pitch, and follow all instructions from safety stewards.
