Red Nose Day is back on Friday 24 March and all over the country, people are getting ready to put on a Red Nose and make their laugh matter while they raise life-changing cash.

Premiership Rugby and its clubs are once again backing Red Nose Day with a variety of activities as we try to do what Comic Relief has done since 1985 – make people laugh while inspiring them to give generously and help people in real need.

From workplace bake sales and fancy dress fundraising to danceathons, quizzes and surreal sponsored challenges – they’ll be doing it all in the name of Red Nose Day. And it will culminate in a massive night of comedy and entertainment, live on the BBC.

No one could have predicted the incredible lengths that the public would go to in aid of Comic Relief, since those early days in 1985. But since then, Red Nose Day has become something of a national institution and Comic Relief has raised over £1 billion to change countless lives, at home in the UK and across Africa and Premiership Rugby is proud to be one of its partners.

The best bit? Money raised through Red Nose Day helps extremely vulnerable and disadvantaged people in the UK and across Africa turn their lives around.
