It’s now over a month since rugby’s biggest tournament left Newcastle having enjoyed a fantastic three weeks in the city.

To commemorate Newcastle’s involvement in the Rugby World Cup 2015 the RFU in the North have commissioned a book by photographer Jude Palmer.

Covering all that took place in and around the host city in the build up to and during Rugby World Cup’s arrival, including the trophy tour, Fanzone, Legends game and World Cup matches, the book aims to convey the passion and spirit of the game and tell the story of Rugby World Cup in the North.

Wednesday will see the official launch of Jude’s book at Newcastle Falcons’ Kingston Park Stadium, including a special introductory address from Falcons Director of Rugby Dean Richards.

The club is now offering the first 50 Season Ticket Members to apply the opportunity to attend this event, which runs from 6-8pm and includes a drink and canapes on arrival.

To book your place at the event please email fans@newcastle-falcons.co.uk but be aware that places are limited.
