RGS v Durham This Friday
This Friday Kingston Park Stadium will host the first of the season’s big school rugby games when Newcastle’s Royal Grammar School face Durham live on the stadium’s main pitch.
The game, which is free of charge to Falcons Season Ticket Members, is one of the biggest in the North East School rugby calendar and is sure to feature a number of the North East’s most promising young rugby talents.
Over the years a number of Falcons have played for the schools, with Club Captain Will Welch a former RGS pupil and Fly Half Craig Willis an alumni of Durham School.
RGS v Durham will be the first game in the Falcons’ 2015/16 school series, an opportunity for the club to recognise and promote grass roots rugby on the North East’s biggest stage for the sport.
Kicking off at 7pm this Friday, 11th September, the game is open to the public at a cost of £10 for adults and £5 for children.
Newcastle Falcons Season Ticket Members can also enjoy the game completely free of charge providing they claim their free ticket to the game by visiting the Kingston Park Stadium Box Office or calling the Falcons’ Ticket Hotline on 0871 226 6060 before 5pm on Friday.
All spectators for this game will be accommodated in Kingston Park Stadium’s West Stand.
