Robinson Ready For Russian Rendezvous
Second Row Sean Robinson says a focus on maintaining energy and intensity can be the key to unlocking the Enisei enigma this weekend as the European Rugby Challenge Cup continues at Kingston Park on Sunday (KO 3pm).
“We don’t have much footage of them so they are a bit of an unknown quantity. We’ll do our analysis on what we have got. The main focus has been on ourselves again and bringing the same intensity and energy that we had last week throughout training and the game.”
After losing out to Connacht in Siberia last weekend, in their opening game in European competition, Enisei have this week completed the 5,500km to the North East and will be shown full respect by the Falcons team that will be announced at Noon on Friday.
Robinson said: “We have to respect our opponents; they’ve qualified and deserve to be here so we will prepare just as hard and if we can bring the same level of performance, we have to be looking for a win.”
