Pedro Rubiolo makes his first start in six months on Saturday when Argentina travel to face Uruguay.

The 21-year-old (pictured) will win his 12th cap for Los Pumas when he lines up against their South American rivals in Maldonado, starting in the second row.

Rubiolo dislocated his shoulder during Newcastle’s EPCR Challenge Cup win in Perpignan back in January, making his comeback from the bench last weekend when Argentina beat France.

Rubiolo played the last half-hour of the 33-25 triumph in Buenos Aires, with club-mate Eduardo Bello (pictured below) scoring a first-half try.

The 28-year-old prop will win his 24th cap when he starts on the tight-head side in Uruguay, with the 8pm UK time kick-off being shown live on Sky Sports.

Following Saturday’s South American derby Los Pumas move into their Rugby Championship campaign, facing New Zealand away (Aug 10 and 17), Australia at home (Aug 31 and Sep 7), South Africa at home (Sep 21) and South Africa away (Sep 28).

Argentina’s autumn tour sees them facing trips to Italy (Nov 9), Ireland (Nov 15) and France (Nov 22).
