Notes
i. This programme is available to current adult or concession season ticket holders who renew their season ticket by 6pm 28 April
ii. Season ticket holders will be offered the opportunity to choose up to four tickets for either one of the Twickenham matches or any of the other 38 matches
iii. Most Twickenham matches are expected to be over-subscribed so will be allocated via ballot. Those unsuccessful in the ballot will be offered tickets at one of the remaining 38 games
iv. Newcastle Falcons have a set number of tickets for each of the Twickenham matches. Those season ticket holders who are successful in the ballot will have between the dates 16 May – 30 June 2014 to purchase their allocation of RWC tickets. No tickets can be held after this date
v. Those season ticket holders in the general ticket sale (38 non Twickenham games) will also have between the dates 16 May – 30 June 2014 to purchase up to four tickets. Tickets at all these games will be on a first come, first served basis. Whilst overall there are enough tickets for all season ticket holders availability to any specific game cannot be guaranteed.
vi. The RWC Ticket Priority Access Programme is available just to current adult or concession season ticket holders who renew. Under the England 2015 terms and conditions new season ticket holders are exempt from access. However as the numbers of current season ticket holders who may wish to apply may be less than the total number of RWC tickets available to the club, a request will go to England 2015 to include new adult/concession season ticket holders. If this is allowable these would be issued on those season ticket holders who renewed at the earliest date.
vii. Members who purchase tickets via this Priority Access Programme can still obtain more tickets via the general public sales in September and November 2014
viii. Members will need to provide a current email address to be able to purchase RWC tickets
