Sebastian de Chaves tackles the stigma

**[LooseHeadz][1]** is a mental health charity founded in 2017 with an ambition to **#TackleTheStigma** and turn the tide against poor mental health.

Sebastian de Chaves will help in the charity’s mission by providing time and support to LooseHeadz with experience gained from his studies.

The lock-forward is currently studying a masters in sports and exercise psychology, having already completed a masters degree in psychology.

Sebastian de Chaves also regularly sends an email newsletter, discussing all things sports, sports psychology and performance.
