The trust is raising funds and awareness for Falcons and Scotland great Doddie Weir following his recent Motor Neurone Disease diagnosis, and there was no shortage of rugby royalty on show.

More than 400 guests enjoyed an evening held in great humour, with rugby greats including Martin Johnson, Finlay Calder, Rob Andrew, Gary Armstrong and many more.

Newcastle Falcons’ first team players served as waiters for the night, with auction items and various games and initiatives raising further funds for a much-loved member of the Falcons family.
