Strong early start for 2016/17 season tickets
Newcastle Falcons supporters have responded early to the club’s 2016/17 Season Ticket Membership launch, with just short of 100 sold following last week’s online launch.
With an encouraging early response already being shown by fans, numbers are expected to rise steadily as renewal letters land with members this week.
The 2016/17 season campaign is the first to be launched electronically and Newcastle Falcons Head of Marketing Melanie Magee is pleased with the initial response.
“We are always trying to improve the way we communicate with our supporters and our renewal numbers are proportionate to the supporters we have email addresses for.”
“With the physical mail out landing this week, we are expecting to see numbers to increase as more and more of our fans chose to commit to a full exciting season of rugby at Kingston Park.”
Season Ticket Memberships for the 2016/17 will again grant entry to 16 games at Kingston Park, including all 11 Aviva Premiership home fixtures.
Starting from £160 for adult standing and £288 for adult seating, supporters are once again able to spread the cost of season ticket memberships via a range of instalment payment options as well as claim up to two free under 11 season tickets for every Adult or Concession season ticket purchased.
That age limit will once again be extended to under 15 for any registered players at grassroots rugby clubs as the Falcons continue to welcome the next generation of supporters.
Season Ticket members will also enjoy an array of additional benefits, including a ballot to access England international tickets for RBS 6 Nations and Autumn Test matches and Twickenham and the ever popular ticket exchange programme.
Designed to ensure that all season ticket holders get access to 16 tickets, this allows members to swap tickets for matches they cannot make for extras for guests at games they can, making it easy to share your enthusiasm for the club and who knows, grow the Falcons family further.
