Ticket sales past 10,000 for The Big One

The Aviva Premiership match against Northampton Saints is a 5.30pm kick-off, and will be preceded by a 3pm clash between city student rivals Newcastle University and Northumbria University.

Tickets start from £10 adults and £5 juniors, with sales for the match having already exceeded Kingston Park Stadium’s capacity.

The club have gone public on a goal of 20,000 for their first ever game at the home of Newcastle United, the next target being the current club record home crowd of 11,750 from the 1998 visit of Bath to Gateshead International Stadium.

A club record hospitality attendance is already assured with more than 60 boxes and 1,300 hospitality places sold, with further packages still available on a day which starts with the Land Rover Premiership Cup at Kingston Park.

Newcastle Falcons season ticket members are entitled to a free ticket for The Big One, but must contact the Falcons ticket office to arrange it. Kingston Park season parking passes will also be valid for the game at St James’ Park.
