Ticketing update: Refunds, credit and ballot for fans’ return

Monday 14 December 2020 Written by: Adam

Ticket holders and season ticket members have already been contacted regarding their options, which are:

* Credit + 10% extra on your club account.

* Donation to our community foundation.

* Player sponsorship.

* Refund.

If you have not already received this information please check your email, including your junk folder, and email tickets2@newcastle-falcons.co.uk if you require us to send it again.

Thank you to everyone who has returned their forms. We are working our way through them and will respond as soon as possible with further information.

When Newcastle moves from Tier 3 to Tier 2 we will be allowed up to 2,000 fans in the stadium, and will be operating a ballot system. Supporters who have returned their forms and chosen the credit option will receive priority in the ballot.

In order for you to be included in any ballots you must have an online Falcons e-ticket account. Please check that your account is active, and make sure your password is still correct ahead of time. The ballot for tickets will ONLY operate via your Falcons e-ticket account, so it is vital you complete this step.

If you need help with your online ticket account please see our guide below, or call us from 1800 to 2100 on Tues 15th or Weds 16th December, when we will be on hand to help you (0871 226 6060 or 0191 214 2824). If you would like to request a call and/or have a query about your e-ticket account, please email tickets2@newcastle-falcons.co.uk and we will call you back.

We are aware there will be a Government announcement this week regarding the changes in tiers. If Newcastle is moved from Tier 3 to Tier 2 we intend to open for the Gallagher Premiership home match against Leicester Tigers on Boxing Day, and will communicate the process on Wednesday.

As this will result in an extremely tight turnaround, we ask that you please check your emails (including junk) regularly at this time, and also our check our official club website and social media channels for news on the ballot for this game.
