Newcastle Falcons will return to Aviva Premiership Rugby action on Saturday 23rd December against Harlequins, a match that will see the return of the Falcons Community Foundation’s popular Train Like a Pro coaching course.

Run at the Falcons’ Kingston Park stadium, the camp will give young rugby fans and players an insight into the life of a professional player, alongside coaching from the Falcons Community coaches.

Train like a Pro is designed to appeal to aspiring players and aims to give a real insight into what goes into a professional player’s preparations, with a team training session joined by a strength and conditioning session, video analysis session and specific skills sessions for forwards and backs.

Camp participants will also receive a ticket to the Falcons game vs Harlequins later that day, a food and drinks voucher to be used during that game and an exclusive piece of ISC kit as a memento of the day.

Taking place from 10am until 1pm the camp will also include a visit from Falcons players and is open to both boys and girls aged 12 to 16.

Costing £60 per person and available to [**book now online**][1] or by calling 0191 214 2866, Train Like a Pro is an extremely popular course so don’t miss out!
