UK Armed Forces RFC have named both their men’s and women’s squad ahead of their upcoming clash with the North of England Select XV at Kingston Park.

Raising funds for the fantastic Military vs Cancer charity, the double-header takes place on Saturday June 22, with the women’s fixture kick-starting the event at 1pm.

Military vs Cancer brings all three military services, industry and businesses together to support people battling cancer to live their best life.

The men’s squad sees the return of a familiar face to Kingston Park with recently departed winger Vereimi Qorowale set to feature.

Qorowale made two appearances for the Falcons during his tenure at the club, scoring one try.

In the first fixture of its kind, the women’s squad includes an abundance of talent from the Royal Navy, Army and RAF.

Tickets for the double-header are available for just £15 for adults and £5 for U16s. Stadium car parking is also available to purchase in advance for £10.

Admission is FREE to all current and former service personnel and can be claimed through ‘Ticket for Troops’.
