Under-18s season comes to a close
Having finished fourth in the northern conference with three wins from their six regular-season games, the Falcons went into Sunday’s finals day at Worcester up against Bath, who had finished fourth in the south.
The Falcons trailed 12-5 at half-time against their West Country opponents, and could not turn round the deficit in the remaining 40 minutes as they ended up being beaten 38-19.
