Update for match-by-match ticket holders
We have been working hard to collate all of those requests that were submitted ahead of the December 31 deadline for processing.
We will endeavour to get these processed and paid into the specified accounts as soon as we possibly can, and we thank you for your patience.
We have also made the decision to refund those request that came in after the deadline of December 31. These will be processed once the initial refunds have been completed.
The refund window is now closed. For anyone who hasn’t yet submitted a request, we are able to offer ticket exchanges only.
