Update: Philadelphia compensation options
Those who bought their season ticket memberships before the change was announced were contacted at the time regarding the available compensation options.
**OPTION 1: Tickets -** Season ticket members can claim an additional two like-for-like match tickets for a game of their choice during the 2017-18 season, ie the same price class of ticket in the area where your season ticket is located. Tickets must be redeemed by May 2018.
**OPTION 2: Voucher -** A voucher worth 12.5% of the price you paid for your season ticket membership has been loaded onto the profile of each season ticket member as ‘credit’ and can be used against merchandise in the East Stand club shop, against 2017-18 match tickets or 2018-19 season tickets. This voucher can be redeemed in person or by telephone by May 2018.
**OPTION 3: Refund -** The window for season ticket refunds has now been closed, and all those who took this option have been paid. For any queries regarding this option please contact the ticket office on 0871 226 6060 or fans@newcastle-falcons.co.uk .
**OPTION 4: Philadelphia -** All season ticket members were entitled to a like-for-like ticket for the game in Philadelphia. The game has since taken place and all who took this choice have had their tickets.
**OPTION 5: Player sponsorship -** Supporters who wished to pool together their refund money to sponsor a player from the 2017-18 squad were able to do so and, after a vote from those who donated, the player chosen was Vereniki Goneva. Season ticket members who chose the sponsorship option will be entered into a ballot with regards to receiving the benefits associated with the player sponsorship package. Vereniki’s profile on the club website and match programme will be amended to reflect the fact he is now sponsored by our 2017-18 season ticket members.
