The Newcastle Rugby Foundation is a charity which makes rugby the positive difference in the lives of the community.
Encompassing both Falcons Community and Thunder Community, it currently employs 14 staff who work across a wide variety of projects in both codes.
As part of our journey making Rugby+ the positive difference that changes live for good, we are looking to grow our team and employ three passionate community development professionals who have a real drive to use rugby as the vehicle to change lives in our North East community for good.

**Salary:** Competitive DOE.
**Reports to:** NRF operations & delivery manager.
