VACANCY – COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
An exciting opportunity for an aspiring, passionate rugby coach has arisen to join the outstanding Newcastle Rugby Foundation in the shape of a new Falcons Community Development Officer role.
The new role will be tasked to recruit, develop and deliver our girls rugby excellence programme based at Kingston Park Stadium in partnership with Tyne Met College.
The Newcastle Rugby Foundation is the official registered charity of Newcastle Falcons and Newcastle Thunder.
In existence since 2005, we deliver programmes across the North East and Cumbria to motivate, educate and inspire via the power of sport.
Each year the Foundation has contact with over 15,000 participants with 13 full time members of staff and as the charity continues to grow in the volume and breadth of its work, so does its staffing requirements.
2021 signifies an important milestone for the Foundation as it realigns its strategy to further develop and grow and continue to be relevant to the ever changing challenges facing our communities.
