VACANCY: Women’s and girls’ community development officer
**Contract type:** Permanent.
**Hours:** Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (includes occasional evenings and weekends).
**Closing date:** 5pm on Friday July 14, 2023.
**Salary:** Competitive.
**Location:** Office based at Kingston Park Stadium; however, community-based work will also be required across the region.
**Reporting to:** Newcastle Rugby Foundation funding and development manager.

Newcastle Rugby Foundation are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic coach to join our team and support the growth of the women’s and girls’ game in our region.
As the Falcons Community development officer (women’s & girls’ rugby) you will lead on our girls’ rugby excellence programme in partnership with Tyne Met College and support the growth of the community game by engaging more girls in rugby through school and community coaching.

As part of this role you will deliver a variety of programmes in order to support women and girls to follow pathways into sport. You will inspire players at all levels whilst taking the lead on planning and delivering coaching on our girls rugby excellence programme at Kingston Park Stadium.
