Alex Rogers embarked on a trip of discovery when he visited the headquarters of J Barbour and Sons, the club’s official clothing supplier.
Heading to the global brand’s South Shields site, Rogers got an exclusive look not only at the production lines but of the repair and reproofing service that the company offers on its waxed cotton jackets.
Maintaining customers garments from across the world, the service offers the potential for jackets to last their owner a lifetime if they look after them.
