The 7.45pm kick-off sees the Falcons gunning for a home-and-away double over the Cherry and Whites, having enjoyed a 27-21 triumph at Kingsholm back in November.
A host of mouth-watering match-ups includes the possibility of Mateo Carreras and Adam Radwan (pictured) going up against Louis Rees-Zammit and Jonny May in a battle of the speedsters, with former Falcon Chris Harris also among the potential stars on show.
