The 3pm kick-off at Kingston Park Stadium is the fifth of six Challenge Cup group games, Newcastle currently top of Pool 1 after home-and-away wins over Welsh side Dragons and French club Bordeaux-Begles.
Enisei gave the Dragons a tough test on their last visit to the UK and are making their second visit to Kingston Park, having been drawn alongside the Falcons during the 2015-16 season.
