This weekend Rugby World Cup 2015 returns to Newcastle with two huge matches taking place throughout the weekend.

Heineken®, Worldwide partner of Rugby World Cup 2015 and Newcastle Falcons’ club partner have a pair of tickets to Saturday’s Rugby World Cup 2015 Pool B match Scotland v Samoa match to be won by one lucky fan

But these aren’t just any pair of tickets… the lucky winner will receive not only tickets and hospitality for the match but the once in a lifetime opportunity to witness a Rugby World Cup 2015 coin toss in the tunnel prior to kick off.

To be in with a chance of winning, simply send a photo of yourself enjoying last weekend’s rugby festivities either at Friday night’s Falcons Legends match or in the Newcastle city centre Rugby World Cup 2015 Fanzone either to the Falcons’ [Official Facebook page][1] or to Twitter tagging in the [@FalconsRugby][2] Twitter account and using #HeadsOrTails.

Photos must be received before midday on Thursday 8th October.

Acceptance of the rules is a condition of entry and entry instructions form part of the rules. Entry indicates acceptance of these rules.

1. Only open to UK residents aged 18 or over excluding employees of any company in the Heineken group, employees of the Newcastle Falcons or and any person whom, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, should be excluded due to their involvement or connection with this promotion. 2.To enter send a photo of yourself enjoying last weekend’s rugby festivities either at Friday night’s Falcons Legends match or in the Newcastle city centre Rugby World Cup 2015 Fanzone either to the Falcons’ Official Facebook page or to Twitter tagging in the @FalconsRugby Twitter account and using #HeadsorTails before 12 noon on Thursday 8th October 2015. 3. The winner will be selected by the judging panel from all entries on Thursday 8th October 2015 at 13.00 4. The winner will win 2 tickets to the Samoa v Scotland Rugby World Cup 2015 Pool B match at St James’ Park, Newcastle on Saturday 10th October 2015. 5. Tickets will be handed to the winner by the promoter before the match. The prize will include being present with the referee and both captains for the coin toss before the match, along with full pre and post-match hospitality which consists of access to Heineken VIP area in a local pub venue, Heineken beer or products from Heineken range, as well as soft drinks, lunch pre-match, match ticket, hot snack post-match back at pub. Winners will be assigned a Heineken Host who will accompany them to and from the match and throughout the day. Tickets are not for transfer or resale and the event organiser reserves the right to invalidate any tickets sold contrary to the ticket terms. 6. There is no cash or other alternative to this prize in whole or in part, but the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize of an equivalent value should the prize become unavailable for any reason. Prizes are not transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to reclaim the prize if it is transferred. 7. The prize consists of match tickets and pre and post match hospitality only and does not include any travel, subsistence or expenses of any kind, any such expenses are the responsibility of the winner and their guest. 8. The winner and their guest must be aged 18 or over, proof of identity will be required. 9. The decision of the promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. 10. The promoter is not responsible for any third party acts or omissions. 11. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events or circumstances arising beyond its control. 12. We cannot guarantee that the event will be free from disruptions, failings or cancellations. We are not liable for such disruptions, failings or cancellations unless they are caused by our negligence. We can provide you with their details on request. 13 Each winner and his/her guest(s) as applicable agree to comply with the terms and conditions applicable to the issue and use of tickets from time to time (as available and set out at https://tickets.rugbyworldcup.com/staticpages/termsandconditions.aspx or such other webpage as determined by Rugby World Cup Limited (“RWCL”) from time to time) and all applicable RWCL, the tournament organiser (England Rugby 2015, “ER2015”) and venue owner or operator rules and regulations relating to access to Rugby World Cup venues and any other areas associated with Rugby World Cup (including any terms of accreditation determined by RWCL). Further each winner and his/her guest(s) acknowledge that he/she may be required to enter into a direct acknowledgement and/or agreement with RWCL and/or ER2015 concerning use of the tickets and compliance with ticket terms and conditions prior to receiving the prize. 14. Winners and/or guests shall not, while using any Rugby World Cup tickets, display or publicize any political slogans or homophobic language, images of a lewd or explicitly sexual nature, images containing logos of competitors and overt brand sponsorship or anything else deemed to be ambush marketing or an abuse of the Rugby World Cup, content which is defamatory, obscene, illegal, vulgar, offensive or otherwise unsuitable or infringes others’ rights (including intellectual property rights) or reflects negatively upon any of RWCL or the Rugby World Cup. Each entrant agrees and acknowledges that any breach of this clause 14 will cause significant damage and loss to RWCL. 15.The Promoter may pass personal information relating to prize winners to RWCL and/or ER1015 (and any of their service providers or agents) for the purposes of monitoring the distribution and use of Rugby World Cup tickets and related experiences and, in the event of a suspected breach of any terms and conditions, rules or regulations of RWCL and/or ER2015 relating to the use of such tickets and/or experiences, investigating and taking action against such winners. 16.This promotion is run by the Promoter with the permission of RWCL. Accordingly the Promoter is responsible for the operation of and all matters and concerns relating to the promotion, not RWCL or any other persons involved in the staging of Rugby World Cup 2015 (including ER2015) and World Rugby (formerly the International Rugby Board), all of whom shall not be responsible for or liable to entrants in any way whatsoever in connection with this promotion. 17. All taxes (including without limitation national & local taxes) in connection with any prize & the reporting consequence thereof, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. 18. These rules and any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The Promoter and each entrant irrevocably agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with these rules or the legal relationships established by this agreement
