Your questions answered – season ticket collection and car parking

Our first game of the season is fast approaching as we host Harlequins on Saturday.

Tickets are still available and can be purchased **[HERE][1]**.

To bring supporters clarity regarding both season ticket collection and car parking, we’ve detailed everything you need to know ahead of the 3pm kick-off.

**Season ticket collection**

Supporters who opted to collect their season ticket on our first matchday at Kingston Park can do so by heading to the ticket office in the East Stand.

Your pack will be ready to collect, and our ticket office staff will be on hand to assist should you have any questions.

Season ticket holders will also be able to collect their exclusive Newcastle Falcons hat at our East Stand ticket office, but please note this will be a separate collection point to your season ticket packs.

**Car parking**

To supporters who have purchased seasonal car parking alongside their season ticket, your pass will be included in your ticket pack.

To enter the car park on this occasion, all you need to do is show a steward your email confirmation and they will direct you accordingly.

**Please note that seasonal car parking passes are sold out and can no longer be purchased from the ticket office.**

For supporters who have purchased match-by-match car parking, you will receive your digital pass via email. Please present this to a steward on arrival, who will then direct you accordingly.

Match-by-match car parking for Saturday’s fixture against Harlequins is still available but very limited, with the last few spots remaining.
