George McGuigan named in BT Sport Dream Team

A stellar season saw the homegrown hooker scoring 18 tries in 27 games, across all competitions.

Fifteen of those tries came in the Gallagher Premiership, with McGuigan only pipped at the post for the league’s top try-scorer award after Max Malins scored in the final round of matches.

McGuigan’s form has been rewarded with a call-up to England’s training squad in London this week, where he is joined by fellow Falcons Jamie Blamire, Callum Chick, Trevor Davison and Adam Radwan.
