Ascot Care renews sponsorship with Falcons
Newcastle Falcons are delighted to announce that Ascot Care has renewed its sponsorship of the club.
As a highly regarded care provider with over 30 years of experience specialising in both residential and home care across the region, this partnership reinforces ties with a community-focused organisation and enhances support for individuals and families across the North East.
Ascot Care’s commitment to person-centred care and its dedication to raising awareness about Alzheimer’s disease in particular, provides a shared focus, where both parties have recently shone a spotlight on the challenges of dementia, while celebrating the resilience of those living with the condition.
Newcastle Falcons’ third kit, launched at the start of the season, was designed with a mission to support the Alzheimer’s Society, where 10% of every sale is being donated directly to the charity.
As part of the renewed sponsorship with Falcons, Ascot Care will sponsor first-team player Adam Brocklebank for the remainder of the season.
Speaking on the announcement, Rebecca Thompson, commercial director at Newcastle Falcons, said: “We’re excited to work with Ascot Care, a fantastic organisation making a real difference in our community.
“This sponsorship is a wonderful opportunity to connect with fans and support an important cause close to many people’s hearts.
“We look forward to seeing what we can achieve together.”
Michelle Lovelace, head of operations at Ascot Care, expressed similar enthusiasm, saying: “We are incredibly proud to partner with Newcastle Falcons.”
“This sponsorship is an opportunity to connect with the wider community and provide vital information about dementia care. It’s not just about raising awareness – it’s about empowering people with knowledge and support.
“It is crucial for everyone to know that there is ample help and support available. The more we can raise awareness about this condition, the better it will be for all involved. That’s why Ascot Care is eager to support the incredible efforts of the Newcastle Falcons, and we look forward to contributing in any way we can.”
To further support the community, Ascot Care will host a series of free monthly webinars, inviting Falcons supporters and the general public to join discussions led by our dementia specialists.
These sessions will provide practical advice on navigating the challenges of dementia, alongside insights from representatives of Alzheimer and dementia support groups.
