Fresh from their exploits with Argentina at the Rugby World Cup, we caught up with winger, Mateo Carreras and centre, Matias Moroni to discuss their time over in France.

Los Pumas finished fourth in the tournament narrowly missing out on a bronze medal finish, suffering a 26-23 defeat to England in Paris.

Newcastle Falcons had four players representing the club where alongside Carreras and Moroni, back-five forward Pedro Rubiolo also featured as well as new signing and prop-forward Eduardo Bello.

Arriving back at Kingston Park on Tuesday, the quartet have already begun training with the rest of the squad in preparation for Saturday’s Gallagher Premiership clash with Harlequins.
