Colleagues Give Thoughts On Captain Welch
Following on from the news earlier this week that Will Welch will once again be Newcastle Falcons Club Captain for 2015/16, Falcons TV caught up with players and coaches for their thoughts on the announcement.
Head Coach John Wells, Scrum Coach Micky Ward and Attack Coach Dave Walder have all given their thoughts on why Welch is the man for the job.
Meanwhile fellow Back Row Richard Mayhew and former Academy colleague and flatmate Michael Young have spoken of how they have seen Welch grow into the role.
