Dates and kick-off times for decisive pool fixtures announced
Dates and Times for rounds five and six of the European Rugby Challenge Cup have been confirmed by tournament organiser EPCR today, with the Falcons travelling to Russia to face Enisei STM on 16th January and welcoming Brive Correze to Kingston Park on January 23rd
With four matches completed in this year’s pool stages, the qualification spots are still up for grabs with Connacht top of the pool on 13 points, followed by Brive and Newcastle both tied on 11 points.
With the pool winner advancing to the knock out stages of the tournament, along with the runner up if they are one of the three best second placed teams, the Falcons destiny in the tournament remains firmly in their grasp and sets up to exciting encounters at the start of the year.
With matters so finely poised, the Falcons match against Brive is scheduled to coincide with the kick off time of Connacth v Enisei in Galway, under the instruction of the tournament EPRC.
Tickets for the home match against Brive, which will be a 3pm kick off on January 23rd will go on sale to in person callers on January 2nd at the Aviva Premiership game against Bath, with online and phone sales beginning on Monday January 4th.
The match is included in the 2015/16 Season Ticket membership package and supporters who hold these cards need take no further action in order to attend.
