As Newcastle Falcons gear up for Friday’s Aviva Premiership clash against Gloucester, the club has announced a number of additional activities happening before, during and after the game to help fans Bring the Noise.

The club has already announced its intention to set a world record at Friday’s game, with the Falcons’ biggest expected crowd of the season so far being asked to play their part in becoming the loudest club rugby crowd in the world!

And to help Bring the Noise, the club will be welcoming North East opera singer Graeme Danby to give his rendition of local favourite Blaydon Races before the game, followed by the North East’s best known Elvis impersonator Mike Memphis, who will be getting the crowd all shook up in the West Stand bar long after the final whistle!

And the entertainment continues at half time, when Kingston Park will play host to a mascot race, which will see BBC Children In Need’s Pudsey take on Greggs mascot Hope the Bear and the Falcons’ very own Flash the Falcon.

Not to be forgotten amongst all of the other Friday night fun though, the main focus of the night will of course be rugby, and Newcastle Falcons is pleased to offer not one but two exciting games at Kingston Park on 21st November. As a curtain raiser to the main event, the Newcastle Falcons Schools series will see Newcastle School for Boys take on Yarm School on the main Kingston Park pitch from 5.30pm, allowing fans to take their seats early to see some of the region’s upcoming rugby stars.

Then from 8pm it’s time for the main event, when Newcastle Falcons take on Gloucester rugby in the club’s biggest game of the season so far.

It looks set to be a big night at Kingston Park next Friday, and Newcastle Falcons know only too well that big nights require big refreshment! The club is currently working on a special meal deal for the evening so watch this space for details, which will be released later this week.

Meanwhile in a further bid to help Bring the Noise by lubricating fans’ throats the club will be running a reduced price happy hour promotion on drinks purchased between 6.30 and 7.30pm as the build up continues to kick off.
