EPCR Challenge Cup draw for season 2023-24

The Kingston Park club will be joined by Italian side Benetton, South Africa’s Emirates Lions and French pair Perpignan and Montpellier.

Newcastle will play four of the five teams, two at home and two away, with details of those fixtures to be confirmed by tournament organisers in the coming weeks.

This season’s Challenge Cup sees three pools of six teams.

The top four teams from each pool will progress through to the round of 16, with four teams dropping down from the Heineken Champions Cup.

Single-leg knock-out games will take place in the round of 16, quarter-finals and semi-finals before the final, which is being held at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Friday May 24.
