Ezine subscribers to get first viewing of TV ad
The Aviva Premiership match against Northampton Saints on Saturday March 24 is being played at the home of Newcastle United, and the Falcons have engaged specialist agency Boffin & Beau to produce a 20-second TV commercial.
The advert will air around ITV’s Six Nations coverage on March 10 and 17, but Falcons ezine subscribers will get first viewing on Friday March 9 when it is sent to their inbox.
The advert, filmed at St James’ Park, features 11 Falcons players plus Newcastle United groundsman Andy Tully, not to mention the voice of the Falcons, Heart Radio’s Justin Lockwood.
A longer 40-second advert and exclusive behind the scenes shots will also be released ahead of a game which has already seen more than 19,000 tickets sold.
