Falcons and Ealing in pre-season double header
The two clubs will meet at West London’s Trailfinders Sports Club on Saturday November 7 (kick-off 3pm), followed by the return match at Newcastle’s Kingston Park Stadium on Friday November 13 (kick-off 3pm).
The double header sees the top two teams in last season’s Greene King IPA Championship doing battle, Falcons director of rugby Dean Richards saying: “Ealing are a good side.
“They will provide us with two much-needed tests ahead of the Gallagher Premiership season, and in the current climate it’s great that we have been able to arrange two fixtures of this standard.
“I’m sure both clubs will get a lot out of it, they’ll be really competitive games, and with our last outing being all the way back in March it’s vital that we have some live match action to hit the ground running when the Premiership season gets underway.”
