FALCONS LOOK FORWARD TO BIGGEST GAME OF THE SEASON

Monday 27 May 2013 Written by: Adam

This Wednesday the Falcons take on Bedford Blues live at Kingston Park in the second leg of the RFU Championship final.

With the Falcons having taken a 9-point lead away from the first leg of this vital fixture last week, the club are expecting a big crowd at the stadium to cheer the team on to a second consecutive victory which would guarantee the Falcons’ promotion back to the Aviva Premiership.

And as well as the biggest game of the Falcons’ season – if not the club’s history – fans are being encouraged to join in the party atmosphere at Wednesday’s game and celebrate what has already been an incredibly successful season for the club.

Real ales Yorkshire Terrier and Blonde Bombshell will be available in the Kingston Park bars, and popular singer Chris Tame will be performing in the stadium’s West Stand concourse after the game.

In preparation for our expected large crowd, speed flow pumps have also been installed for lager within a number of the Kingston Park bars. As previously communicated, the club will also be offering an extended range of catering options to fans attending the game.

Tickets for the game are selling well but are still available online, from the Falcons’ 24 hour ticket hotline on 0871 2266060, in person from the club’s Kingston Park club shop or by visiting the Newcastle Visitor Information Centre in Central Arcade, Newcastle.

Please remember that, due to the expected crowd, parking at Kingston Park will be extremely limited for Wednesday’s game. If you are planning to drive to the game and have not already pre-purchased your parking pass, we would encourage you to do so by visiting the Kingston Park club shop before lunchtime on Wednesday (29 May).

For those planning to leave the car at home, Kingston Park is well serviced by a number of local bus services whilst the Tyne and Wear Metro Service to and from Kingston Park will be running as normal on Wednesday evening with no disruptions.

Falcons Season Ticket Holders are reminded that their Season Tickets and any seasonal car parking passes are valid as usual for this final game of the season.
